At The Treadmill Factory, we want you to be fully satisfied with your fitness equipment purchase. If your gear doesn't meet your training needs, you can return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original condition and packaging.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Prepare the Equipment

Disassemble the equipment if necessary and secure it in its original factory packaging, ensuring all manuals, hardware, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

Ship or Drop-off

Affix the provided RMA label to your package and drop it off at a designated carrier location, or visit any of our retail showrooms to complete an in-person return.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians inspect the returned item to verify its condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
